Palestinian Cultural days

The Palestinian Embassy with the cooperation of the Palestinian cultural center ( Mahoumd Drawish ), and the Palestinian community has organized Palestinian cultural days at 27-29 September  2019, which took a place at the Romanian Peasant Museum .

The Palestinian cultural days had different activities such as:

Palestinian fashion show; which has presented the beautiful Palestinian traditional dresses with the traditional embroidery along with modern designs, which has the magnificent mix between traditional embroidery and practical life.

Traditional food: visitors also got the chance to enjoy the delicious Palestinian, like Shawrma, falafel and traditional sweets.

Folklore Palestinian dance and music: Baldai band ( a band from young girls and boys who came from Beit Jala in Bethlehem ), had a wonderful performance of Dabka ( traditional Palestinian dance) for three days, as well the Palestinian musician Wisam Qasis who played at Oud , along with Munther Alraee who sang a traditional beautiful Palestinian songs, the surprise of the festival was Chems band who came from France and had a very especial performance of the traditional Palestinian songs .

The Palestinian cultural days also had Play corner for children; drawing , face painting, playing and healthy snacks.

The last corner at the festival was the handicrafts selling corner, handmade souvenirs, traditional dresses, bags, accessories and other design from Palestine, especially the ones from Bethlehem, and Jerusalem.

This Palestinian cultural days first edition was a remarkable one with the diversity of the activities.
